Phase is a post punk act based in the UK. They debuted in 2008 with their digital single Perdition under Microsoft’s “Playlist Seven” promotional campaign for Windows 7, which was followed by two full-length albums: In Consequence and the Wait. Although far from mainstream, they've got considerable attention from major and indie radios, as well as streaming services' playlists, while they've made it in Billboard, reaching #42 on ‘Uncharted’ and #12 in the ‘Fastest Rising Act’ chart. From all the safe territories in the world, Phase has performed in Syria, and are said to be the second international rock act, after the Gorillaz, ever to play there. The band has shared stages with various artists some of which had some evident impact on their style like: Anneke van Giersbergen, Danny Cavanagh, Sivert Hoyem (ex-Mardugada), Jeff Martin (The Tea Party), The Twillight Sad, Antimatter just to mention a few, and at the minute they are working feverishly on the material that will feature on their future releases.
